Starting the year off strong with a brand, spanking new update from Book Like a Boss! After many, many requests and after time, planning and development we have launched the much anticipated feature of Session Packs.
What are Session Packs? Session Packs are an easy solution created by the BLAB team for Bosses who would like to sell multiple bookings. In the past we had a workaround for Bosses who wanted to offer a package of multiple bookings but it was not ideal and a little tricky.
Additionally, a few months ago we launched something that was a similar idea - Recurring Events. What's the difference ? Session packs are different than recurring events, as recurring events bookings are dates that are set up ahead of time by a Boss. Recurring Events are really ideal for specific one time multi-day events such as a webinar or a conference.
Session Packs allow Bosses to set up a pack of bookings- ideal for classes/meetings/sessions. You set a minimum number and a maximum number and include the price per session. Bosses have the same options for specifications and customizations as other Products, Services and Events. There is the option to require your clients to select all the dates at the time of booking or they can select the dates and times at a later point.
You know what this means, right? A simplified way to ensure a multiple number of bookings in a user and Boss friendly format means more business for you and more payments coming your way! Remember more bookings = more money!
Bosses can track which bookings were placed and have the ability to reschedule or cancel as well as send out specific reminder emails prior to meetings. By offering Session Packs you are ensuring that your clients are locked in for multiple sessions with you and the platform makes it easy to bill, track, remind and meet up.
In a nutshell, Session Packs are a game-changer for Bosses everywhere. We wanted to launch this highly anticipated Book Like a Boss feature to get the ball rolling for 2021 which will sure to be full of other amazing updates, upgrades and lots of cool new things.
